ASRF Case Study Project – Student Volunteers Needed:

In 2021, the ASRF raised funds for some very important research – the ‘ASRF Case Report Project’. This exciting project is designed to gather front-line evidence from Chiropractors, in the form of case study information.

We are now seeking students to assist us with the literature reviews for the project. This will require students to look at existing literature on the topics we are focusing on in 2021 – things like stress, immunity and adaptability, in relation to chiropractic care.

You will be given plenty of time to do your part, and will be supported by the team, if needed. The wonderful part is that you will be named as a co-Author on any cases where your review work is used, meaning you could potentially have your name on several published chiropractic studies!

As a part of the project, we would ask that you become an ASRF Student Member. Membership is $50 per year, and allows you to pro-actively play a part in investigating the impact chiropractic care has on human function.

Please register your interest by 23rd July 2021 and the team will be in touch with all the details and timeframes. You can then fully commit, if you are able. Register HERE.

Testimonials

For me, that’s where the ASRF comes in. For a tiny amount of money per month I can be sure I have access to the latest meaningful research for my style of practice, as well as knowing that I am giving back to the fabulous chiropractors who choose to serve our communities by slogging it out in the lab, doing what I know I can’t. So I can keep taking great care of my practice members, by supporting them throughout their lives, and ensuring that they have everything they need to make great choices about their health.

There are some things that as a Chiropractor you just do. Being a financial contributor to Spinal Research is one of those things. Everyone in this profession benefits either directly or indirectly from the research supported. It is a privilege to be a part of this important process and one that borders on responsibility. The quote by Hillel the Elder comes to mind – “If not you, then who? If not now, when?”.

Being a member of the ASRF means I get to stay in the know of what is going on in chiropractic while supporting chiropractic research. This makes me feel in total integrity with caring for my community.
