Bridget Coyne

As the Manager of Client & Supporter Services, my role is focused on raising revenue for the Foundation, as well as being the support person for our Members, Donors and Supporters, and the coordinator of our event exhibitions.

My background is in community services, with the most recent being my own business in the sector, specialising in training, writing and events. I’m motivated by a great passion for social and environmental issues, and love working in roles where there is a capacity to ‘make a difference’.

However, my greatest motivation is being a role model for my 21 year old son, who I love spending time with whenever I can get to Byron Bay!

Business Operations Manager

Sharon White

My role is focused on Foundation communication, events and the research program. I have a varied background from industries such as travel, property, lotteries, and professional services. My experience includes event management, marketing, and personal assistance to senior executives and teams.

I am driven to produce great work by working as part of a team. It is rewarding to see results that will in-turn benefit many through the Foundation’s amazing work.

Finance and Administration Manager

Kim Dwyer

My role as Finance and Administration Manager is to manage processes, systems and reporting related to the Financial and General Administration of the Foundation. I also provide assistance Board of Governors for financial governance matters, regulatory compliance and other general business activities.
I have worked in an office environment for the past 20 years. I have many years experience in Office Management and Administration.

My previous work has been across a diverse range of industries, looking after many clients needs, including not-for-profit. My previous work has provided me with extensive financial, human resources and management experience. I have also spent time as a MYOB trainer, which I find very fulfilling.

My biggest motivation are my 4 beautiful children. Having them grow up to be well rounded adults, and living a happy and healthy life is always my main focus. It is very important to me that I have the right balance between work, family and friends. What motivates me at work is having passion for what I do and working in a great team environment. I like to make the most out of every day, and be the best person I can possibly be at all times staying positive and having a laugh wherever possible.
