He also has presented modules at the Diplomate of Chiropractic Philosophical Standards.
Dr Dooley is a member of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations where he serves as treasurer on their board of directors. Of all that he has done in chiropractic he is probably most proud of the fact that in 2021 he watched his daughter Sara, a then 9th quarter student, make her first adjustment in the same building Dr Dooley made his first adjustment in 2003. Sara also her adjusted her Dad in January 2022 for the first time in the same building her adjusted her for first time in 2004.
Dr Dooley and his beautiful wife of 27 years, Dawn, live in Greenville, South Carolina with his son Jackson.
This means that I can be challenging at times with both my humour and opinions, however, I get people thinking and can be pretty entertaining at the same time. I am drawn to deep philosophical questions about life, existence and chiropractic and today I’ll be exploring a new idea about an old idea, the big idea.
Satre said that we must transcend our facticity, and I keep trying but I can’t escape the fact that I have been in practice for a quarter of a century, graduated from University of Adelaide and Macquarie University, am bent out of shape by a love of footy and live in a crazy household of 3 children, a husky, a Samoyed, a goldfish, a cat and a wife (she’s in there somewhere but we haven’t seen each other since 2019).
As President of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation, Ryan is proud of the Foundation’s in-depth grant approval process and feels this process is adding some of the most clinically relevant and best quality science to the pool for our profession. We as practitioners see many things in practice that the science has yet to define or explain, and therefor research is currency when in discussion with Board and Government. The greater depth and breadth of understanding of the Vertebral Subluxation, the better our profession will be.
Drs Hayley and Breezy have held numerous webinars, presentations and workshops live and online to hundreds of students, new graduates as well as experienced chiropractors worldwide on all things paediatric as well how to create a practice full of kids. They both run a very busy practice on the Mornington Peninsula, with their father, Paediatric Chiropractor Dr. Glenn Maginness, where over 80% of their patients are infants and children.
He is married to Maral. Oscar Finn is his son who practices in Frankston. Oscar and his wife, Connor are the parents of Mabel – the special granddaughter of Paul & Maral. Paul has completed several postgraduate seminars and has a focus on paediatrics and family wellness care.
Oscar has a keen interest in upper cervical chiropractic and aspires to help as many individuals as possible achieve their maximum potential with chiropractic care.
Stepping straight into business ownership of Byron Bay Chiropractic Centre brought challenges, and rapid personal development over the past few years. Alongside being a part of a community that has faced natural disasters, housing crisis, and significant economic changes with a fluctuating tourism industry.
In this climate, Regan has pressed into the importance of what the Chiropractic profession can offer to the world.
He is deeply passionate about the art of Chiropractic. More importantly, refining the philosophy and communication of Chiropractic and the true meaning of ‘Healing’.
He still practices part time, while also running the transformational Personal Development company, Planet Personal Growth, who run men’s and women’s retreats called The Awakened Man and Awakened Woman across Australia.
He’s been deeply involved with learning more about Human behaviour, psychology, spirituality, philosophy, personal transformation and the power of the mind.
His mission on this planet is to transform lives and to inspire others to be the best version of themselves possible.
Today he is talking about the Subconscious identity and how this can impact our philosophy in life and in practice.
